Here you can find our current shipping and return conditions. All amounts are net, exclusive of VAT:
GERMANY:
- For delivery within Germany we charge 9.90€ (excl. VAT) per order up to a goods value of 199.99€ (excl. VAT)
- Shipment from 200€ (excl. VAT) Value of goods: free House!
AUSTRIA:
- For delivery to Austria we charge 39€ (excl. VAT) per order.
- Individual arrangements are possible. Please contact us by email or contact form.
Returns / Refusals / Cancellations:
- Second deliveries for parcel shipments depend on the package service's offer and are usually free of charge. Second deliveries in forwarding shipments, which are necessary due to the fault of the recipient, are charged at 25€ (excl. VAT) (abroad 35€ (excl. VAT) ).
- If the pallet is not exchanged or returned immediately during a pallet delivery, it will be returned with 25€ (excl. VAT) invoiced.
- For refusal of acceptance through no fault of our own, we must charge a parcel service fee of 10€ (excl. VAT) ( 20€ (excl. VAT) abroad). For pallet shipping, the costs are 60€ (excl. VAT) ( 100€ excl. VAT) abroad) per pallet.
- Returns or retrievals due to errors that are not our fault will be at the customer’s expense. 10€ (excl. VAT) per return package. Return pallets, which have to be picked up by the customer, are charged at 85€ (excl. VAT) .
- Depending on the effort involved, we reserve the right to charge for returns or refusal of acceptance up to 30% of the invoice amount for the costs of preparing the goods, storing and unloading them, and for extended processing.
- Only undamaged, complete and saleable items can be credited. Please note that freight collect shipments cannot be accepted by our warehouse.
- There is no right of withdrawal or cancellation in B2B trade , if necessary we have to reimburse logistics costs incurred, as well as up to 30% of the order value to reverse the order or for the costs incurred in preparing and procuring the goods. This also applies to orders paid in advance for which no payment has been received after a period of 20 days.
Delivery complaints:
- Damaged goods, missing items, etc. must be noted directly upon delivery by the carrier. As a grace period for hidden defects, we offer you the opportunity to report these within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept any complaints about the delivery condition or missing items.
